Dairy & Beverage Lab Support Intern

IFF is seeking a Dairy & Beverage Lab Support Intern to assist with ingredient and sample preparation, prototyping, and basic product analysis. This role involves operating and maintaining lab equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring laboratory organization and safety under supervision.

• Assist in preparing ingredients and samples for taste tests and evaluations
• Support prototyping activities for innovation events
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and pilot plant equipment
• Conduct basic analysis of product specifications
• Manage inventory and update data records
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization
