Director of Engineering Integrated Platform | Platform Engineering, SRE & DevOps

Lead the engineering of Broadridge's new Integrated Platform, a strategic initiative connecting enterprise applications and client experiences. You will build and grow teams of engineering managers and leads across SRE, DevOps, and release engineering, driving platform reliability, incident management, and DevOps transformation. This is a critical role for a builder of teams and technology who wants to shape company-wide strategy and deliver reliable, scalable capabilities.

• Lead engineering managers and team leads across SRE, DevOps, and release engineering
• Own the DevOps and platform engineering roadmap, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code
• Establish major-incident readiness, escalation, and incident command processes
• Define release governance, quality gates, and production-readiness criteria
• Create and deliver the AI roadmap for engineering productivity and incident investigation
• Define SLIs, SLOs, and error-budget practices to improve reliability and resilience
