What we are looking for

Lead reliability and performance improvements for enterprise systems
Operate across hybrid environments including mainframe and cloud platforms
Drive incident reduction through measurable reliability goals and automation
Influence technical standards, operational practices, and architecture
7+ years of experience in performance and reliability engineering
Expertise in mainframe, COBOL, and modern enterprise systems (Java, cloud-native)
