What we are looking for

Design and implement solutions for site stability and engineering reliability
Develop and manage monitoring systems, dashboards, SLAs, and SLOs
Analyze metrics for performance tuning, fault finding, and incident resolution
Optimize complex systems including deployment, configuration, and availability
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor junior team members on infrastructure management and disaster recovery
