Staff Platform Engineer

As a Staff Platform Engineer, you will design and build the core AI platform capabilities that power secure, scalable, and production-ready AI across our Lending domain. You will collaborate with architects and engineering teams to integrate AI into essential services, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and governance. This role is crucial for delivering strategic regulatory reporting, supporting operations, and advancing our data architecture.

• Design, build, and migrate application workloads into AWS and EKS
• Utilize core AWS services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Database)
• Implement security, management, and cost optimization strategies
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
• Build and operate enterprise AI platform capabilities for Credit Risk and Lending
• Embed AI into core lending services with reusable platform capabilities and APIs
