Senior Systems Integration Engineer

Caterpillar is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to ensure advanced automation and autonomy solutions operate cohesively. You will own end-to-end technical responsibility for system connectivity, data flows, and validation strategies, driving architectural changes to support future capabilities and ensuring machine readiness.

• Own end-to-end system integration for machine readiness capabilities
• Establish and govern technical expectations for system connectivity and data
• Ensure alignment of subsystem behaviors for consistent system outcomes
• Lead end-to-end system validation from an enterprise perspective
• Provide senior engineering leadership for onboarding architecture and back-office systems
• Improve resilience and capability maturity of underlying systems and data pipelines
