About this role

Kyndryl is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and observability of our enterprise AI platform. You will monitor and support production systems on Kubernetes and Azure, extending observability to AI model behavior and usage. This role involves automating CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure with IaC, and responding to incidents, collaborating closely with DevOps engineers to enhance application delivery.

What we are looking for

Monitor and support production AI platform systems on Kubernetes and Azure
Build observability for AI workloads, including model behavior and usage metrics
Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters and supporting cloud services
Automate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and infrastructure as code
Respond to incidents, conduct post-mortems, and reduce operational toil
Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for platform reliability
