About this role
Truist is seeking an experienced Observability Lead-Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to define and implement enterprise observability capabilities. This role involves technical leadership in observability strategy, hands-on engineering, and application development expertise to deliver solutions across complex environments. You will drive a transition from reactive monitoring to proactive, intelligence-driven observability, influencing architectural decisions and embedding observability into the software development lifecycle.
What we are looking for
6- Define and scale enterprise observability capabilities
- Lead strategy for metrics, logs, traces, and telemetry pipelines
- Partner with engineering, SRE, and development teams
- Drive transition to proactive, intelligence-driven observability
- Influence architectural decisions and embed observability into SDLC
- Improve system reliability and reduce MTTR
