Automation Infrastructure Engineer

As an Automation Infrastructure Engineer on our Business Technology (BizTech) Operations team, you will design, automate, and maintain critical cloud and infrastructure systems. You will drive operational excellence by leveraging AI tools, modern infrastructure-as-code, and native cloud technologies to build scalable, resilient platforms that support Guidewire's global business operations.

• Design, automate, and maintain critical cloud and infrastructure systems
• Drive operational excellence using AI tools, infrastructure-as-code, and native cloud technologies
• Maintain cross-platform system security across Linux and Windows environments
• Integrate and maintain operational solutions like DataDog, PagerDuty, and Slack
• Provision and automate tool deployments leveraging the AWS framework
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical service availability and incident response
