Senior Platform Operations Engineer (SaaS / Production Support)

FIS is seeking a Senior Platform Operations Engineer to support their SaaS environments for Capital Markets. This role focuses on day-to-day support of production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and mitigating issues for customers. You will also provide technical support for projects, releases, and business continuity.
