Senior Systems Engineer (Operations / Systems Analysis)

Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in operations analysis or operations research to join the Phantom Works Virtual Warfare Center in Arlington, VA. This role involves leading complex modeling, simulation, and analysis for multi-domain systems, presenting findings to senior leadership, and developing innovative solutions.

• Lead and perform execution of efforts including planning, scoping, development, testing, analysis, implementation, schedule, and reporting
• Develop observations and recommendations based on data for senior leadership
• Exercise critical thinking and provide innovative solutions
• Lead analysis teams and provide support to other teams
• Select, integrate, and use modeling and simulation tools
