Manager, Infrastructure Engineering

Airship is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for cloud infrastructure, build processes, and monitoring systems. This hands-on leadership role involves managing five engineers, balancing people management with technical contributions, and ensuring the scalability of the cloud environment. The position is fully remote within the United States, requiring candidates to be in the Eastern Time Zone.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers
• Anticipate, plan, and execute infrastructure projects
• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation
• Evaluate and implement emerging infrastructure tools and practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and security teams
