Staff Systems Engineer, Functional Safety

Agility Robotics is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to lead the definition and delivery of system-level architecture for their humanoid robot platform, with a focus on functional safety integration. This role involves owning safety-critical requirements, cross-functional interfaces, and system integration in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Define system and subsystem architectures with embedded functional safety
• Manage safety-critical requirements, interfaces, and system-level integration
• Lead development of Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
• Ensure safety system performance meets requirements under live operating conditions
• Collaborate on safety assessments and root cause investigations
• Facilitate cross-functional decisions on safety requirements
