Senior Site Reliability Engineer

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of critical applications for their Third-Party Administrator and Payer Solutions Department. This role focuses on application performance monitoring, observability, and continuous improvement of production systems. You will design and implement scalable solutions, build observability capabilities, drive incident reduction, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance reliability and customer experience.

• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end observability for applications
• Own reliability, availability, and performance of key production applications
• Collaborate with development teams on performant, resilient architectures
• Serve as technical leader for APM, SRE, and observability
• 5+ years of professional experience in SRE or software engineering
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with AppDynamics and SRE practices
