Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Glean is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to drive technical strategy and foster a culture of engineering excellence. You will lead a team responsible for ensuring services meet stringent SLOs and for building resilient, automated cloud production environments. This role involves technical leadership, mentorship, incident management, and performance optimization in a hybrid cloud setting.
