Genius AI is seeking an IT Engineer to own and scale the company's core IT systems, including identity management, endpoint fleet, and AI-powered workflows. This role focuses on building and improving infrastructure to support rapid business growth within a HIPAA and SOC2 compliant environment.

What we are looking for

Architect Okta identity lifecycle with group rules, SCIM, and Expression Language
Own the Iru-managed endpoint fleet from zero-touch provisioning through offboarding
Build AI-powered self-service workflows to deflect requests
Automate recurring workflows into scripted, audit-logged processes
Ensure SOC2 and HIPAA compliance through access reviews and deprovisioning
Partner with People team to accelerate new hire time-to-productivity
