Senior Principal Engineer - Platform and SRE (Hybrid - Seattle)

Nordstrom is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to lead the evolution of their CI/CD and cloud platform reliability. This strategic role involves influencing enterprise-wide architecture, solving complex problems, and setting technical direction for Platform and SRE. You will drive consensus, establish design principles, and mentor other engineers to ensure robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

• Own north star architecture for cloud platform, CI/CD, and SRE
• Set technical direction and establish design principles
• Drive consensus across Platform, SRE, Security, and product teams
• Identify and adopt industry trends for platform evolution
• Mentor principal and senior engineers
• Represent Nordstrom's platform engineering externally
