This role focuses on defining, securing, automating, and operating internal systems, with a senior technical leadership position across identity, endpoint management, AWS infrastructure, and automation. What we are looking for

Own and evolve identity platforms and lifecycle workflows
Own AWS-based IT infrastructure including access patterns, networking, logging, and monitoring
Design and maintain automations across the IT stack using ServiceNow, Okta Workflows, and scripting
Provide senior technical ownership of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and integrations
Establish scalable standards and guardrails for IT-owned systems
Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex incidents and participate in on-call rotation
