About this role

Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps & Cloud Platform Engineer in Plano, TX to evolve the enterprise DevOps platform, cloud automation, CI/CD standards, and Infrastructure as Code practices. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines across Azure and AWS, ensuring platform reliability, security, and operational excellence.

What we are looking for

Design and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, and AWS CloudFormation
Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS
Design, build, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments
Support and optimize enterprise Azure services including AKS, API Management, and SQL Database
Implement DevSecOps controls and integrate security scanning into deployment processes
Improve system reliability through automation, monitoring, and proactive operational practices
