Analyst I – Clinical Drug Services

• Assess and render decisions on special authorization requests
• Research applicable patient coverage
• Index documents into electronic workflow and storage system
• Handle telephone inquiries from internal and external customers
• Prepare and proofread correspondence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
