About this role

Lead the development and implementation of a secure, auditable cloud automation platform across Azure, AWS, and OCI. This role involves hands-on architecture and contribution to CI/CD pipelines for Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps, while also managing a team of cloud engineers. You will partner with security and compliance teams to ensure all automation meets regulatory requirements.

Architect and build Terraform and Ansible/AAP pipelines
Implement GitOps delivery via ArgoCD/OpenShift GitOps
Define reference architectures and reusable module standards
Own remediation of Terraform uplift and Ansible rebuild
Build and mature security tooling stack for IaC
Lead and grow a team of cloud and platform engineers
