About this role

In this role, you will act as a liaison between clients and Accenture operations teams, ensuring smooth communication for support and escalations. You will monitor service delivery health, communicate performance issues and risks to stakeholders, and ensure cloud orchestration and automation capabilities meet service level agreements with minimal downtime. Regular meetings will be held to discuss performance and consumption data.
