About this role

As a Staff Platform Engineer, you will own the architecture and infrastructure for an AI-powered customer experience platform, enabling engineering teams to build secure, scalable solutions. You will lead technical direction, drive improvements in developer experience and reliability, and embed critical security and responsible AI controls.
