Director, Infrastructure Engineering

Lead the strategy, modernization, and operation of Columbia's global infrastructure, including cloud, network, and compute services. You will drive initiatives to enhance scalability, reliability, and security, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of the technology platform.

• Define and execute infrastructure strategy and technology roadmap
• Lead infrastructure modernization across cloud, network, compute, and storage
• Drive multi-cloud and hybrid cloud transformation efforts
• Partner with architecture, engineering, and security teams
• Provide technical leadership during operational challenges
• Develop and mentor high-performing managers and engineers
