About this role

As an Expert Site Reliability Engineer, you will be a key technical leader, guiding clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and operation of complex healthcare IT solutions. You will serve as the primary technical liaison, translating business needs into robust architectures and proactively mitigating risks to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

What we are looking for

Provide strategic technical guidance and support to hosted clients
Design and document complex system integrations and technical architectures
Identify and mitigate technical risks for client environments
Collaborate with internal teams and translate business requirements into solutions
Mentor other SREs and drive quality and client satisfaction
7+ years of overall work experience with 2-3 years of expert systems engineering
