What we are looking for

Provision and change infrastructure exclusively as code
Design and build agentic AI solutions for platform, delivery, and operations
Build security and compliance into the delivery path
Independently design, build, and ship platform features in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, C#, or Python
Own Git and GitHub workflow end to end, authoring and reviewing pull requests
Design and document REST APIs, including contract and schema design
