About this role
Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Reliability Engineer to ensure the rigorous planning, execution, and closure of reliability analysis and testing for autonomous sensing products. This role involves owning requirements validation, performing FMECA, and developing qualification plans across cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing, reliable systems.
What we are looking for
6- Own requirements capture, decomposition, traceability, and validation
- Review system designs for compliance and redundancy
- Perform FMEA/FMECA and drive product improvements
- Plan and oversee predictive reliability analysis
- Develop and approve Qualification, ALT, and HALT plans
- Partner with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering on acceptance gates
