About this role

Edwards Lifesciences is establishing an IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India, to enhance global technology capabilities. This role focuses on developing future Cloud Operations Engineers, starting with AWS FinOps and optimization, and progressing to ownership of cloud operations, automation, and infrastructure management.

What we are looking for

Support day-to-day operation, monitoring, maintenance, automation, and optimization of AWS cloud infrastructure
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions for system stability
Focus on AWS cost optimization (FinOps), cloud governance, and resource utilization analysis
Expand responsibilities to include cloud operations support, incident troubleshooting, and IaC
Utilize Python scripting and automation skills for infrastructure operations
Work with Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD concepts
