About this role

Join Kong's global Platform SRE team to build, operate, and scale our multi-region SaaS platform. You will design, automate, and run production systems across AWS, GCP, and Azure, focusing on Kubernetes, service mesh, and gateway architectures to ensure reliability and scalability.

What we are looking for

Operate and scale Kong’s global SaaS platform (Konnect)
Build, automate, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt, Helm, and ArgoCD
Design, maintain, and optimize multi-region data and caching layers
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
Enhance observability and incident response readiness
Participate in a global 24/7 on-call rotation
