District Sales Manager

As a District Sales Manager, you will be the primary liaison between Honda's Powersports, Power Equipment & Marine business and the dealer network. You will provide strategic sales leadership, business consulting, and operational support to drive retail sales performance and strengthen brand representation.

• Achieve retail sales objectives within assigned territory
• Build strong dealer relationships through in-person and virtual engagements
• Assess dealer performance and develop targeted action plans
• Identify, recruit, and develop new dealer opportunities
• Increase dealer participation in Honda business initiatives
• Develop sales forecasts, allocation plans, and business strategies
