Infrastructure & Systems Engineer

Join P.F. Chang's Technology Operations team as an Infrastructure & Systems Engineer. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our network and server infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. This role involves proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and implementing advanced system management solutions.

• Provide second level support for network, server, and virtualization infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis
• Install, configure, and deploy network infrastructure with a focus on scalability and security
• Implement complex systems monitoring and management solutions
• 3+ years of experience managing LAN/WAN and Meraki networks
• Expert knowledge of Meraki, FortiGate, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
