Demand Planner - North America

This role builds and maintains demand forecasts for assigned categories, translating commercial plans and market insights into forecasts that support revenue goals and inventory health. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and Category teams to clarify assumptions, identify risks, and deliver the right demand signal.

• Develop consensus forecasts at SKU, model, category, and rider-experience levels
• Translate promotional plans, customer dynamics, and lifecycle inputs into forecast updates
• Improve forecast accuracy and bias through analysis and root-cause insights
• Monitor industry trends for quantitative and qualitative insight
• Partner with Supply Chain to track production, development status, and shipment delays
• Communicate demand risks and opportunities through S&OP
