Endpoint Engineer, IT

Thinking Machines Lab is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to manage and secure their all-Mac environment. You will be responsible for implementing configuration as code, operating the MDM platform, and leading MDM migration efforts. This role involves partnering with security and identity teams to integrate device trust into a Zero Trust architecture and ensuring continuous device posture evaluation and automated patching.

• Manage macOS endpoint fleet using MDM and configuration as code
• Lead MDM platform operations and migration
• Integrate device trust into Zero Trust architecture
• Implement continuous device posture evaluation and automated patching
• Design and improve zero-touch provisioning and software distribution
• Provide technical leadership for endpoint roadmap and initiatives
