- Author and validate hardware technical instructions for complex systems
- Interpret hardware designs, rack layouts, and cabling for procedural documentation
- Execute and validate procedures in a lab environment
- Drive process improvements for hardware staging and installation efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 7+ years of engineering experience
- Experience with enterprise hardware architectures, rack integration, and documentation tools
