Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Lead the Site Reliability Engineering team to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of Finastra's containerized financial services applications. You will bridge development and operations by troubleshooting complex issues, automating support tasks, and managing deployments through robust DevOps pipelines.

• Manage and support DevOps pipelines for application deployment
• Troubleshoot complex runtime errors and performance bottlenecks
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis
• Automate routine operational tasks and health checks
• Configure monitoring and alerting for anomaly detection
• Manage application deployments across staging and production environments
