Senior System Operations Engineer

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior System Operations Engineer to provide expert desktop and voice support to Markets Traders and Investment Banking groups. You will analyze client needs, troubleshoot issues, and lead initiatives to improve deployment processes and technical support. This role involves collaborating with various teams to resolve complex technology operations problems and mentor junior staff.

• Provide platinum-level, end-to-end desktop and voice support
• Analyze client needs and system impact
• Lead or participate in initiatives and act as a subject matter expert
• Improve deployment processes, tools, and architecture
• Troubleshoot and triage job failures, driving root cause identification
