Operation Manager - ARMO Management

Manage workshop operations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency. You will lead a team of technicians and supervisors, plan financial targets, and liaise with project managers and customers to meet operational priorities. This role requires a degree in Engineering or Science and extensive experience in Subsea equipment, particularly Xmas Trees.

• Ensure safe and compliant workshop operations with up-to-date documentation
• Lead and support Workshop Technicians and supervisors to achieve results
• Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial targets
• Liaise with Project Managers, Planners, and Customers to prioritize work
• Maintain workshop equipment and tooling in good condition
• Improve operational best practices and systems
