About this role

As a Site Reliability Engineer on our Cloud Platform team, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our mission-critical cloud services. You'll collaborate closely with development teams, automate operational tasks, and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems and taking ownership of production systems.

Ensure reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of cloud services
Collaborate with Cloud Development teams on operability and resilience
Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
Run and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes (Harness)
Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems
Reduce operational toil through automation and incident response
