Staff Platform Engineer

Omnissa is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain high-quality software solutions. You will lead architectural design, define standards, and mentor engineers while driving process improvements and evaluating new technologies. This role requires a strong technical leader to ensure platform scalability and alignment with product strategy.

• Lead architectural design and technical decision-making
• Define and govern architectural standards and best practices
• Own technical vision for key platform components
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations
