About this role

Join our Webex Contact Center FedRAMP team as a Site Reliability Engineer, operating and maintaining secure, reliable cloud services for U.S. government customers. You will deploy, monitor, and automate resilient AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, ensuring platform security and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service reliability.

What we are looking for

Deploy, operate, and maintain AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure
Monitor service health and troubleshoot complex incidents in a 24x7 environment
Automate operational tasks and infrastructure provisioning
Strengthen platform security and compliance for FedRAMP requirements
Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams
Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
