About this role

Cboe is seeking a hands-on Data Center Engineer to manage and maintain our mission-critical infrastructure. You will be responsible for the physical footprint of our data centers, including hardware installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cabling. What we are looking for

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot datacenter hardware, cabling, and infrastructure
Perform structured cabling (copper, MMF, SMF) including testing and documentation
Execute daily MAC tasks for equipment installs, moves, and rack/cable upgrades
Act as the eyes and ears in the data center, reporting and escalating environmental issues
Collaborate with Engineering and NOC teams to resolve hardware and connectivity issues
Generate and maintain essential datacenter documentation and inventories
