Director, Infrastructure & Site Reliability Engineering

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Infrastructure & Site Reliability Engineering to lead strategic initiatives for our distributed platforms. You will drive modernization, champion automation, and build a high-performing SRE team to ensure the reliability and scalability of our VMware and Oracle Linux environments. This role requires a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for operational excellence.

• Define and execute SRE strategy for distributed platforms
• Lead infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-impact SRE organization
• Oversee VMware and Oracle Linux environments
• Drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code and automation frameworks
• Implement observability solutions and SRE practices (SLOs, SLIs)
