About this role

SGA Dental Partners is seeking an AI Platform & Security Engineer to build, operate, and secure our growing AI environment. You will implement technical guardrails and controls to enable rapid, secure adoption of AI across hundreds of dental practices and our corporate team. This role is crucial for establishing robust infrastructure, code repositories, and identity management for AI workloads, ensuring security and compliance.

What we are looking for

Administer enterprise LLM platform including identity, provisioning, and monitoring
Build and operate the AI integration layer with MCP server, service principals, and API management
Establish standard patterns for AI agents and configure model routing with PHI handling
Implement automated scanning, agent evaluation, and PHI guardrails in the delivery pipeline
Enforce secure development practices for AI and internally developed software
Build and harden cloud environments for AI-powered services and internal applications
