About this role

Nscale is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own and improve the automation, tooling, and reliability of their GPU cloud infrastructure for AI workloads. You will be responsible for maintaining production services, responding to incidents, and driving system improvements through code and automation.

What we are looking for

Build and own automation and tooling for platform reliability
Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and health dashboards
Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Investigate and resolve performance and reliability issues across Linux, networking, and distributed services
Partner with engineering teams to enhance reliability
Improve availability, scalability, and efficiency through code
