Systems Engineering Manager (Systems Engineering Management)

Boeing is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to lead engineering development, certification, and security for E-7 programs. This role involves integrating across engineering disciplines, managing execution, and partnering with customers and program leadership. The position requires strong technical acumen and leadership skills in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

• Lead engineering development through sound systems engineering approaches
• Integrate across engineering disciplines and identify/fill gaps
• Work closely with customers through working groups
• Own and manage execution of the SEIT Statement of Work
• Partner with program leadership to ensure objectives are accomplished
• Manage cost, schedule, risk, issues, and opportunities
