PNC is seeking a Technology Engineer for their Site Reliability Center (SRC) to ensure the stability and reliability of mission-critical applications in a 24x7 enterprise environment. This role involves incident management, root cause analysis, change management, monitoring, and production support, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

Lead incident response and major incident bridges
Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent remediation
Support production changes and releases
Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting strategies
Troubleshoot across application, infrastructure, database, and network layers
Participate in on-call rotations including nights and weekends
