Define and improve SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
Partner with application teams to enhance service reliability
Identify and eliminate recurring reliability issues through RCA and automation
Build and improve observability across applications and infrastructure
Support and improve production workloads on Microsoft Azure
Conduct blameless post-incident reviews and document root causes
