Senior Manager – DevOps, Platform Engineering & Transformation

Lead strategic DevOps, platform engineering, and transformation initiatives for major organizations. You will advise senior technology leaders, shape large-scale programs, and guide the implementation of modern engineering practices to drive innovation and lasting business value. This role combines consulting expertise, technical leadership, and team development in a high-growth technology area.

• Advise senior stakeholders on DevOps, DevSecOps, and platform engineering strategies
• Lead enterprise-wide assessments and transformation roadmaps
• Shape large-scale engineering enablement programs
• Define DevOps reference architectures and standards
• Guide CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud adoption
• Build trusted client relationships and lead multidisciplinary teams
