Platform Engineer

DTN is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and evolve the core cloud-native capabilities of our Operational Decisioning Platform. You will develop developer-facing APIs, SDKs, and managed services, working autonomously on well-scoped initiatives while collaborating with senior engineers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in AWS, distributed systems, and platform engineering, paving the way for a senior engineering role.

• Design, build, test, and deploy platform features from planning to production
• Develop and extend developer-facing APIs, SDKs, CLIs, and managed platform capabilities
• Write and maintain infrastructure-as-code configurations using Terraform
• Apply distributed-systems principles including asynchronous processing and idempotency
• Develop and maintain cloud-native services using AWS infrastructure
• Participate in on-call rotation and troubleshoot service failures
