About this role
Marvell is seeking an Engineering Lab Infrastructure and Rework Engineer to support our R&D labs in Santa Clara. You will be responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and hardware rework of our product labs, ensuring high availability and supporting engineering teams with critical infrastructure needs. This role involves hands-on PCB rework, hardware debugging, and maintaining lab equipment.
What we are looking for 6
- Perform PCB board-level debugging, rework, and component replacement
- Install, configure, and maintain lab-specific hardware and software
- Support mechanical socket installation and repair for server platforms
- Conduct board bring-up, hardware validation, and functional verification
- Document rework procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices
- Manage lab infrastructure and assist with asset inventory
